pac mate internet y fy canection

hi I have a pac mate qx and I am trying to hook it up to my whireless network. It says its cannected but then it says y fy unavalible. Why? could it bee the settings I have tryed everything. This is not the only network that I can not cannect to I can not get on any of the networks that I have tryed in the past. You could try taking the Wi-Fi card out of the slot and then putting it back in after a few seconds. This helps for me. By and large, however, I find the PAC Mate Omni to be somewhat unreliable when connecting to wireless networks.

Is it a password protected network, and have you set it up in settings? I agree that the pacmate isn't great with networks, and pocket JAWS with pocket Internet explorer--ugh!
